All the products that you see on our webshop will be available for demonstration in our showroom. This allows you to see and test the product before making a purchase. If you decide you want to buy it, you can do so instantly at our showroom.
In cases where certain products, such as subwoofers, center speakers, and power amplifiers, are not listed on our webshop or available in our physical store, you can still purchase them through a backorder. Simply let us know via email which product you are interested in, and we will process your order accordingly.

You will find the owner himself in the store. Simply because he prefers to welcome his customers personally and he can tell you a little more about the products that you can buy there. Products that he just traveled the extra miles for to be able to display, brands that tell a story, that has touched us from a personal passion. All products we offer are developed and produced in their country of origin. This way we can guarantee a long lifespan and reliability. This is also the best way to guarantee high-quality products. Often these products are hand-made. At HIFILORD we have a soft spot for French brands and the ‘Made in France’ quality label.

A brand name with a rich heritage.

We refer with the brand name ‘HIFILORD’ as well to the past. During the 16th and 17th centuries, Antwerp was one of the wealthiest and most important trading cities in Europe, attracting merchants from various countries, including Spain. Antwerp had extensive economic ties with the Spanish Empire, Spanish noblemen and merchants who ruled Antwerp during the 17th century were called for that reason ‘Lord’.

HIFILORD is located in one of the hippest neighborhoods of Antwerp, if not Belgium. The store is easy to find right next to the marina of ‘Het Eilandje’. We have parking spaces in front of the store and good accessibility with public transportation as well.

Neighbourhood:

'Het Eilandje' has long been known as one of the hippest neighborhoods in Antwerp. Even if you already know the district, it is still worth coming back regularly because it is difficult to keep up with the changes. After a visit to the HIFILORD Store you can discover the MAS, the many warehouses, the marina and it's cozy bars. There is also the Red Star Line museum and if you love architecture, make sure to visit the Port House designed by Zaha Mohammad Hadid.

2023...

HIFILORD keeps growing, while we’re putting in all the work to launch our audio concept showroom we’re active as a project based company as well. In the meanwhile HIFILORD is actively looking for investors to ensure further expansion. New brands have been added to the portfolio to ensure our offer.
2022...

10 years later, in 2022 HIFILORD was officialy born. A next generation audio store is ready to enter the market and launch a new concept, with the experience of a previous generation. HIFILORD adapts to the modern consumer and brings focus to a broader public as a concept store with functional web-store.
2020...

The first steps of HIFILORD have been made in 2020. While we have worked for two straight years behind the scenes to define our market approach, we analysed every aspect of the High Fidelity market. What started as a small passion project in 2012 is now evolving into a new concept in audioland.
2017...

The attic showroom of LIMADI is blooming and exploration of new brands to offer was the next step for further expansion. The foundation of HIFILORD was born in this period since we still use a ‘less is more’ principle. For example, Focal was one the first brands offered and is now still the main brand of HIFILORD.
2012...

Like any company, we started small. Our roots go back to an attic room in Antwerp, completly transformed to a showroom. LIMADI, founded in 1990 by Dirk Van Vynckt expanded his project-based company to a small but very specialised audio shop in 2012. Personal service and passion were the core values.
