Do I need the Devialet App to set up Devialet Phantom Ultimate speaker?
Yes. The Devialet app is required to set up your Devialet Phantom Ultimate during first use. Without this initial configuration, the speaker won’t operate—even via Bluetooth.
How do I pair two Devialet Phantom Ultimate speakers in stereo?
Stereo pairing is done via the Devialet App. Once both speakers are powered on and individually set up, the App will automatically suggest pairing them—provided they are the same model. You can also initiate pairing manually from the settings.
Can I pair a Devialet Phantom I with a Devialet Phantom Ultimate in stereo?
No. Only two speakers of the same model can be paired in stereo.
Which accessories are compatible with Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB?
Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB is compatible with Tree stand, Gecko wallmount, and the Devialet Remote.
Please note that Devialet Arch is not supported. Accessories from the previous Devialet Phantom II range (including the Cocoon carrying case) are compatible, though finishes may differ.

Here are our recommendations, to be fine-tuned based on your space and your personal preferences:
Position between 45 and 90 cm off the ground to maximize impact.
Leave at least 30 cm between the speaker and the wall, allowing bass frequencies to reflect naturally
Keep the area in front of your speaker(s) clear to ensure unobstructed sound propagation.
Place the speaker between 1.5 and 2.5 meters from your seating area.
In a stereo set-up, position both speakers 1.5 to 2.5 meters apart and angle them 25 to 30° inward to create a vivid, true-to-life soundstage.
